as we had prepaid for a full size car before departure I was not pleased when I arrived at Ft Lauderdale airport at 1.45am to be told that there were no full size cars available. After much arguing a car was found for my family to accomodate our luggage. We were told by the Budget staff that they didn’t have to provide what we had already paid for – it was at their discresion if we got a full sized car.
