I was not supplied with a sat nav because the key was with the manager who was in a meeting and did not want to be disturbed. I was advised to wait until one was handed in but after waiting 45 mins I gave up. I was told to collect the car from the allocated lot and you were left on your own, with no assistance, would have been nice for someone to show you around the car and explain how the controls work, how to get the roof down, air con etc.
