— 1 — to explain rate of (1) for staff – paid £100 extra for insurance cover for under 24 driver, at first a member of staff refused to accept his paper driver’s license, very abrupt, telling us to take it up with you after the holiday. Spoke to another member who found no problem and sorted it out. — 2 — Had technical prob with first car after 2 days but swiftly replaced with new car within an hour of call. * replacement car came from AVIS delighted BUT – paperwork generated by AVIS (?) had all our details INCLUDING MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN FULL – normally last four digits only are shown for security purposes – this may need follow up with AVIS – Overall very happy with our dealings with you.
