U-save are very unexperienced. My voucher said one thing and they were saying another. Staff were rude and unhelpful and didnt know what they were doing. We were kept waiting at the airport for over 45 minutes whereas customers of other companies were greeted on arrival. Dont use u-save, they are no cheaper than other companies!!!
