Car smelled strongly of smoke Registration process took nearly 30 minutes No meeting instructions were given for airport pickup, we saw the USave bus by luck (apparently we were supposed to phone them). We were supposed to have a full tank of gas, it was a quarter full and we had to drive one of their staff to the gas station to get the car filled, then drive him back, another half hour lost. I’ll go back to using Hertz in future, more expensive but far less hassle
