I ordered and paid in advance for a convertible. Upon arrival I was told that only a van was available and that they "don’t do convertibles". I was promised a car would be delivered the following day to replace the van – it didn’t arrive. On the third day of the week-long rental I complained bitterly and threatened legal action for failure to meet the terms of the rental agreement – that day a convertible arrived.
