Dollar are scamming renters – the car supplied is of a lower category than the one paid for though they tell you it is the one you have booked. I booked a full size car – was given an intermediate – had problems with this car – had to change it – given a different car – had problems with it had to change it – each change was a round trip of 60 miles !!! – total 120 miles – taking a total 9 hours out of my holiday – the third and final car had an oil warning lights coming on – never never again will I use Dollar and/or recommend them – and I am not happy with you people – can’t help thinking you are aware of what goes on over there – Dollar have credited my account with 100 dollars – but that goes no way to reimburse by costs for changing the car and/or the difference between what I paid and the car I received. I am very disappointed with the whole experience and will not be recommending you to anyone.
