We understood we were to get a Mustang or similar and paid a higher price and to go with Budget as they had mustangs. When we got to Miami, we were told we were to have a sebring convertible. We could have paid up to £80 less to get a sebring. The car was not very clean when we recieved it. The cigarette lighter didn’t go and we had no owners manual to change the fuse – this meant we couldn’t hook up our Ipod. When we encountered a problem – it took over 45 minutes of ringing from an english mobile to talk to the Miami office. Overall, the experience wasn’t great.
