I was talked into an upgrade, which I immediately wished I hadn’t gone for. I was also told I was having a Toyota, but when I got to the lot bumber it was a Buick! (This was at Phoenix airport.) I had so much luggage and was tired so couldn’t face lugging it all back upstairs! The man on the exit said I had the right car. I was returning it to Flagstaff in town, not the airport, and my internet print-off had the address and I’d printed off a map on the back.. It was only when I was endeavouring to return it that I realised they had kept my printoff at Phoenix and there was no return address on the paperwork hey had given me other than just ‘Flagstaff’. Had to make phone calls to find out!
