I would not use Budget again because I used them once before this rental and my experience with them was terrible. I wrote to them directly but received no reply. The issues were; no washer fluid, petrol cap hanging open,oil needed changing and it was a rental of more than a month. The car was not at all suitable. (This rental was via you and took place from April-June)
