I am a regular customer and on this occasion, quite unusually, the vehicle earmarked for me was too small and obviously unprepared since it was dirty. However, Thomas at Sanford office recognised the problem and bent over backwards to supply me with a suitable vehicle and rescued the situation. Thanks to him and for another positive experience from Budget.
