I gave a negative for the collection process due to Dollar disputing the free upgrade offered when I made my booking with U.S. Rentacar. After much debate the upgraded vehicle was assigned to me, an experienece which soured the start of our family holiday. The price of +$70 for fuel only came to light as extreme when I refuelled the car, a full tank costing $40. I also gave the vehicle standard an average rating due to the vehicle not being able to accomadate our 4 suitcases comfortably as the description stipulated. Although once we dropped the cases off we were very pleased with its standard.
