Fairly poor experience on the whole. When we arrived at Sanford Airport(Orlando), found out Budget rental location was 2 miles from airport and had to wait 30 minutes for transfer. When we got to rental desk, USRentACar voucher was invalid and so had a book a new (more expensive) rental on our credit card. Phoned RentACar next day who admited problem with voucher number and promised to sort it for car’s return. On return nothing had been fixed and was only sorted after Budget staff spent 30 minutes on their computers. Thanks budget staff, no thanks USRentACar.
