(SFB) Sanford Airport, Orlando, Florida – Mr Derek Adams

Disappointed that although Dodge Charger (or similar) was advertised for full size, car received was a Hyundai Sonata… I wouldn’t class this as anything like similar (could have been something to do with me refusing to upgrade to a 300C @ $10 / day + tax). Car was also filthy inside, couldn’t see out of windscreen in the dark and bodywork was in very poor condition, scrathes / scrapes etc. Worringly, Dollar now want you to pay for breakdown / puncture cover which used to be included with the platinum insurance – $2.50 / day I think (didn’t take it, I took my chances!!). Overall, I have used Dollar several times at this location, but was very dissapointed on this occasion.
