had to wait at the budget desk for approximately 30 minutes for agent to arrive to collect car,(this being the second time I have used usrentacar and this being the second time a delay in picking up the car has occurred,) giving a negative start to the holiday, but with the excellent price and a very nice car I will definitely use us rentacar again
