when we arrived the car was not ready and we had to wait quite a while. then they told us that the car we were to get was not taxed and then we had to wait again while they found one for us which turned out to be their pool car. the car in the end was of very good standard and we were pleased but they were not very organised and if we had have been in a hurry we would have been more annoyed. we are looking for car hire in october again in orlando if you could send us some quotes many thanks stephen mcalees than
