When I arrived they did not have a central locking vehicle in my catefory and I waited for 45 minutes. I then returned to the agent, and as I had waited he said that he would give me an upgrade which had central locking. The wait was unfortunate after a very long day which started at 5.00 am UK time and finished at 10.30 pm UK time (at the Dollar desk) but they did address the problem for me.
