The collection and delivery of the car were very quick and easy on this occasion. However, we were very lucky with the collection as there was no one else in the queue. I note that Budget did have a fast collection service which would have been useful if there was a queue. Also the bus driver (from the airport ot the vehicle pick-up point was very helpful in telling us the best way out of the airport and to get to our hotel.
