I was given a Dodge by Budget, West Palm Beach and after approx 1 1/2 weeks got a flat tyre which was a complete nightmare to change. I returned the vehicle to another budget and was issued another Dodge. I returned from my holiday to find that Budget had billed me for a flat tyre. The replacement vehicle was not clean and had been damaged previously. The vehicle itself was a Dodge Grand Caravan on each occasion but the air conditioning was poor and standard not even close to a Toyota I had hired 2 years previously. I was also informed by the staff at West Palm Beach returns that my credit card $100 surety would be re creditted when the manager came on duty. Still hasn’t happened.
