A bad experience!!! We we’re very happy with the supplier and the car. The price was good but didn’t include some local charges (one way hire) which I asked your staff on the phone multiple times so there should have been no confusion!! This was unforgivable and completely ruined our plans as the added local fees were a lot more than the price of the car rental – sorry but we won’t be using you again…
