I was told that I could upgrade the car as there were only 1 jeep left. I indicated I would upgrade without paying. I was told this was not an option. The staff then offered the upgrade to my friend who was looking to pick his jeep up at the same time. This was offered to him (the upgrade) without cost. Obviously there was 1 jeep left and 1 dodge. They were caught out by offering the dodge to my friend without charging him. Not good overall experience
