The Supplier Dollar Thifty did not provide the Vehicle Paid for and provided a lower class of vehicle. Following complaints and a very rude staff member at a franchised supplier, I returned the vehicle to the supply station for an exchange this involved a 250 mile round trip and a day out of the holiday. Once this was sorted out then Dollar Thrifty did get there act into gear, much to the thanks of the staff at the Calgary airport outlet. Overall this tainted the confidence in Thrifty and I would not be using them again.
