main problem was at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Service was slow, there was no one to show me where the car was, and because irt was dark inside garage I did not realise until next the discusting state of the cars seats, all were badly stained and passemnger seat had a sticky substance on it. there Tampa airport location gave me a new car but I never heard an apology
