My only comments are the same with all rental companies that I have used in the USA and that relates to keys. One is always given two keys on a wire strop that means you cannot have one key in use and the other a spare to keep separate or hand to the other driver for their use. If you lose one you lose them both but the rental people says it is to keep both keys together!
