probab;y the worst rental experience we have had. from the long queues, long wait , not having class of vehicle which we had rented, just wanting to up grade, not bothered to show usor indicate where the vehicle was, and not filling up with fuel , which had previously been paid for. This was our first experince of Dollar and will be our last, do not spoil your holiday by using them.
