We cannot really complain as we received a free upgrade as Dollar had run out of compact cars! However,for the benefit of your future customers we would make the following points: 1.At pick-up we had to wait in a long queue for over an hour before being seen by a member of staff.This did not get our holiday off to a good start.Dollar was obviously the most popular firm in Las Vegas as there were no queues at the other companies’ desks.On our return a week later the Dollar queue was just as long! We noticed that the company did have a fast track system and it may be beneficial for you to offer this service to future clients. 2.One important point which you should make clear to your customers is that the company’s compact cars (C4)do not have a boot,only a rear tailgate door. There is no internal cover which means that any luggage is in full view of any passer-by. This is obviously not at all satisfactory if you are touring or for insurance purposes. To be fair the staff pointed this out straightaway and we were offered an upgrade for a fee , which we did not take up as they had no compacts anyway!
