After a 10 hour flight it took at least another 1.5 hours waiting to get the car.Eventually we were checked in and told to proceed to the garage where we would be shown to our car, the person just pointed to where it was. Because we were unsure which car it was I proceded back to ask the person, I was not happy at the way he spoke to me, he should have escorted us to the correct car but could not be bothered his words were Jesus christ can’t you see it. I have used Usrentacar for the last few years without any problems. i am not happy with the treatment recieved Regards J Llewellyn
