When we arrived to collect our vehicle it was NOT the category that we had bought and paid for. We had ordered an INTERMEDIATE 4×4. The car we were given was a COMPACT level vehicle. US-RENTACAR have never had the courtesy to resolve this issue (despite numerous letters and e.mails), and have acted in a wholly unprofessional manner. We are absolutely disgusted by this!
