Had to wait ages in queue not many staff on duty and then took quite a while to process us for vehicle. Paid extra for specific vehicle and when we went to collection booth didn’t have what we wanted. Have always used in the past butdon’t seem to have adequate staff or vehicles to handle volume of customers now.
