I had to wait 1 hour in a line at the Dollar desk at SF airport whilst Virgin Holidays customer had preferential treatment even though we had paid the same money or more. I had booked to reutrn the car to Ceasars Hotel, South Lake Tahoe only to find that Ceasers had changed to Mont Bleu and Dollar were no longer there. The concierge had to ring them at Reno and they had to send a tow truck to collect the car. Most inconvenient!
