Budget car rentals could NOT handle a long term rental (3 months). They required that the car was returned to the initial rental office every month and a new hire agreement arranged. This took over an hour of discussion each time. On final return we had great difficulty as they were reluctant to accept that the rental had been fully pre-paid. Budget is not recommended for car hire over one month.
