Why get people to sign up with the Alamo Direct Road service, and give you all sorts of information, if when you go to pick up the car there is a great big Queue and the staff tell you that you cant possibly have direct road as you need to have a card supplied by your hire company. If you are going to offer a service make sure it Exists.
