(SFB) Sanford Airport, Orlando, Florida – Mr A Meyrick

Hi, My experience was: They messed up my paper work twice causing delays at pick up. I did get an upgrade for my trouble but after a 9 hr flight it was annoying. Also they tried to make me pay for fuel that was included in my gold cover, only after repeatedly saying I had pre-paid they agreed. I felt they were just trying it on! They said that ‘gold insurance’ does not include fuel! They also try to sell breakdown cover, surely this is included? When I finally got my car it had only 1/4 tank of fuel, therefore we had to then wait for re-fueling. Overall your rates were good and I was expecting the hard sell from reports from other customers, but I just feel they are trying to take advantage of tired people who will give in and increase their commission. Maybe I was just unlucky and it did not spoil my holiday. Thanks, Mr Meyrick.
