When I rang from the airport to tell them I’d arrived, they could not even find my booking. I had to wait a while for them to arrive. When I arrived at the suppliers premises they looked rather tacky and they still took quite a while before they found my paperwork. In fact I’m not sure if they actually did find it. But they were able to go by mine. The car was very basicand had quite a lot of scratches on it, which I could not even see when picking up the vehicle as it was dark at the time. Even though I had paid for the free tank of petrol option, I noticed that as I drove away it was not actually full but a little below the full level. This may all sound petty, but I travel to Florida every year at least once and this was probably the worst car rental company for handiness and quality of vehicle. Probably only reason to book with them would be if you were wanting a under 25 driver which is what I needed this year.
