When we arrived at LAX at 2am after paying for a Mustang Convertible, they only had us reserved for a "small car" and it took a couple of hours to sort out the issue. We finally got a convertible but not a Mustang. Then upon dropping the car in New York, and having been told we would pay a $500 drop off fee, we got stung with a $1,300 fee. Very dissatisfied with the experience and poor communication between US Rent a Car and Budget !!!
