Having booked the vehicle from the uk over the intranet i paid the sum and pon receiving the paperwork i was charged for one extra day and upon arrival at LA i was made to pay a deposit which was refunded but also returned the car one day earlier and no one from your company checked this and have not bothered to reimburse me or listen to my comments what is the use of having the above comment feedback when you do not want to know the customer after the transaction is over generally brassed off and waste of the above excercise check your records and refund me my one days car rental and will the consider re booking with your company?
