Arrival completely satisfactory but on return staff were adamant I had paid for six weeks not seven as stated in my UK contract.Added charge for seven days’ overstayto my card. Took nearly half an hour to resolve and only after I had insisted they send for the manager. First time this had happened in over ten years using Alamo at Phoenix Airport.
