I paid for and got an invoice/voucher stating that I was receiving a "FULL SIZE" Vehicle however Dollar Car Rentals stated and even showed me in their system that I had only paid an a "MID SIZE" vehicle. This created quite a stir until the office supervisor agreed to give me a "FULL SIZE" car that my invoice/voucher from yourselves had stated. Can I suggest that you have a good look at your ordering system, voucher inssuoing system, and subsequent advice to the appropriate Care Rental companies so that future customers of yours are not embarassed like myself!!!
