Booking, and obtaining the car, both went smoothly,but when you’ve spent over 10 hours in the air and another hour being herded through US Immigration, it’s not too pleasant finding that you have to wait another 20 minutes for the LAX Dollar bus to come along in crowded traffic to take you to their office. On the way back, after driving a hundred miles in said LA traffic to get to their premises and hand the car in, we waited again for the bus to take us to the airport. Apart from this it was well organised, and the car was a pleasure to drive, thank you.
