we were totally satisfied with u-save auto rental in florida, they were very friendly and helpful, but we are unhappy with the information provided by florida car hire before we went as we were not given information of where to collenct out vehicle from or given any contact numbers, so we were waiting for our car for 3 hours at night with 2 babies, as the company requests you call them when you land but we had none of this information, apart from that our experience was very pleasent and would recommend u-save auto rental and florida car hire if they make sure customers have all the required information.
