The vehicle we picked up at Dollar, Las Vegas, was dirty and in need of a service and had a slow puncture and missing rear screen wiper. This was irritating as we had to top up the tyre every day but we lived with it until we got to San Diego. Dollar San Diego were superb – changed the car and could not have been more helpful. They salvaged Dollar’s reputation as far as I am concerned.
