when I picked up car I was provided a different type. It was full with petrol. I was told if I bring it back full there would be no charge. If I brought it back empty I would have a charge. I brought it back full and was still charged $80. I spoke to Alamo staf and they said "its easy as ABC" "we get this all the time and we are not refunding you the $80" A particular member of staff started to ‘goad me’laugh and try to wind me up by keep on saying "Is that the best you can do sir" when I complained and said it was theft by charging me after I filled up the car. Especially as I particularly asked asked this question when picking it up. It clearly a scam as they say its ok to bring it back full then later refer you to their policies.The staff of Alamo were ignorant horrible people and I will never deal with them again.Clearly I am not the first with this issue, but I DID ask when I collected the car. I will not tleyt this matter rest and will be taking it up with the Credit card company. Alamo are irresponsible and totally unprofessional company. Please advise Ray Stanley
