We travel to florida 6 times a year as we own a villa there and we regularly use usrentacar but I will not be recommending ALAMO to anybody !!!! They forced us into an upgrade when the thruth of the matter was that we did not need to and I will forward a complaint in due course. I think it’s about time that you had stern words with ALAMO at MCO as I’m not the only dissatisfied customer that has been hassled by their staff recently and unfortunately it does reflect on you as their agent. Or I feel that you should try to arrange better deals with DOLLAR like airline network do as we have never ever had an issue with DOLLAR but you cannot offer decent rates with them. Regards, Simon
