they tried to sell me upgrades and fuel and extra insurance and i said no but they added extra insurance anyway and it took me a day to realise so i called their customer services and told them to write a note on my file. when i returned the car they were very corteous and removed all the extra charges but at the end of the day i had said no since the voucher gives you all the necessary insurances to drive in the US.
