Provided there are no retroactive charges on my Visa card (we’re always warned about dodgy practices in the USA car hire business),I’d strongly recommend Dollar: clean, modern car; easy collection & drop-off (no drop-off charge for leaving in different state); and a charge one third lower than that offered by a High Street travel agent. Great!
