The car provided by Alamo at Savannah was only intermediate when a fullsize car had been ordered as no other car was available. When we queried this we were told we had only been charged for an intermediate car–but we had paid in advance so how could this be possible–only then did they offer us refund–if we had not queried the size of car no refund would have been offered.
