My only complaint was that the Ford Focus I ordered was not available. I was offered a free upgrade to a 4 wheel drive SUV (Jeep Liberty) which I didn’t want, but there was no alternative. In the interests of energy conservation and lowering CO2 emissions I felt very guilty driving this gas guzzler around town. It was difficult to park and consumed gas at an extraordinary rate, increasing my costs. Otherwise excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff.
