Just returned from a week in Spain having used AutoEurop and would never use them again.
They had no office at the airport so we had to ring to try and find where the rep was located and eventually found her standing between two pillars next to a Coca-cola machine. She then told us that we were unable to have the car that we’d ordered (a 2 door Citroen or similar) as clients had extended the time in which they wanted their hire cars. Instead we were given a large, noisy van that was for 5/6 people. After expressing our disatisfaction strongly we were promised that we would have a replacement the following day and that they would come to our hotel and change the cars over. The rep never called and after chasing and leaving messages we were eventually told that it would be two more days beofre we got a car that we wanted. Two days passed and there was no call and no car replacement. It was such bad service and we l never use them again.
