Long queue for car collection, took over 1/2 hour. check in girl tried to sell me extra insurances say =ing the insurance on my contract with you did not cover everything (e.g. breakdown and accident expenses, towing etc.) I declined all offered. Car was not very clean on collection. Other than above – it was fine – and I would use you again for my next visit. Many thanks Jeff Best
