When we arrived after a 10 hour flight, our car was not fitted with child seats. No record of ordering child seats was to be found. We had to pay extra for the child seat and then the company refused to fit them, claiming they would be liable if something went wrong. They left us with 2 tired and crying children, a child seat that was not suitable for our child’s age and weight and furthermore made us fit the child seat that used different fixings than we have in the UK. We could not have been more disappointed or angry. We shall be submitting a letter of complaint.
